PAAVS provides privacy-first email hosting services with zero-knowledge encryption, custom domain support, and usage-based billing. We offer both free and paid tiers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use PAAVS to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in any illegal activity

5. Billing and Payment

Free tier users receive 1 GB per month at no cost. Paid tiers include storage allowances with overage rates of $0.05/GB (Personal) or $0.03/GB (Pro/Business). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

PAAVS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
