How does the free tier work?
The free tier includes 1 GB of email storage per month at no cost. If you exceed 1 GB, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan. There's no credit card required to sign up.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
On paid plans, you pay overage at the rate specified for your tier. For example, on Pro you pay $0.03/GB for any storage above 50 GB. On the Free tier, you'll need to upgrade.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans save you 2 months (16% discount). For example, Pro is $90/year instead of $108.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and support payments in USD and EUR.
Can I cancel anytime?
